Description:
Are you ready for Java™ EE 5? If not, the goal of this code camp is to prepare Java™ developers for Java™ EE 5 before most of the application servers even support it. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience before companies beginning adopting the new standard. Using a combination of lectures taught by published Java™ authors and labs, attendees will learn valuable skills in EJB3, JSF, AJAX and JBoss Seam by completing a small functional application.

- Java 5 Foundational Elements
- EJB3 and JPA
- Lab 1
- JSF
- Lab 2
- AJAX
- Lab 3
- JBoss Seam
Space is limited to 45 attendees so register soon.
Prerequisites:
- This is not a beginner's event. It is assumed that all attendees will have a solid background in Java and web development.
- Experience in J2EE is a plus.
- This is a hands-on event so it is recommended you bring a laptop so you can complete the labs through out the day.
